Designed and built a custom AI skill for the Hamister Group acquisitions team that reads any operator’s rent roll and P&L, applies the firm’s underwriting logic, and fills a live acquisition proforma — compressing two hours of manual intake into roughly ten minutes, with NOI tied to source to the penny.
Re-valued the financials sector holdings in a $1M student-managed portfolio, rebuilding DCF models for BlackRock and Mastercard with updated WACC, exit multiple and perpetuity methods, catalyst and risk mapping, and a buy/hold/sell recommendation on each position.
Pro-bono consulting engagement with a Buffalo-based mining AI software firm. Worked on a team of seven to deliver a go-to-market proposal spanning customer acquisition, onboarding automation, and digital presence — several of the recommended solutions were implemented.
